Refund and Service Replacement Policy

Our company does not provide refunds. By entering into an agreement with our studio, the client confirms that they have read, fully understand, and agree to these terms of cooperation. These terms are designed to ensure fair and transparent relationships between our company and clients.

Key Provisions:

  1. Work completed in accordance with the technical specifications
    • If the completed work meets the agreed technical specifications, but the client requests changes, we offer up to 1–2 minor adjustments free of charge.
    • Any changes that increase the scope of the work specified in the technical assignment will require recalculation of costs and deadlines.
  2. Missed deadlines
    • If the work is not completed within the agreed timeframe but the client still requires the project, the deadline may be extended by mutual agreement.
    • Refunds (full or partial) are not provided in such cases.
  3. Replacement of the service upon cancellation of the project
    • If the work is not completed and the client no longer needs the project, it is possible to replace it with another service of equivalent scope and topic. The final decision on such replacement lies with our company.
    • Replacement with a service of a smaller scope does not allow for partial refunds.
    • If the new technical assignment exceeds the original scope, additional payment may be required, or the work will be completed up to the equivalent volume of the original scope.
  4. Replacement of the service with a task from another field
    • If the client wishes to replace the technical assignment with a task from another field of equivalent scope, our company reserves the right to accept or reject the request.
    • We emphasize that payment was made for a specific service, and priority is given to replacement with a service from the same field and equivalent volume.
  5. Example:

If a client ordered website development but, for some reason, the project was not completed, a refund is not possible. However, the client may request a replacement service, such as advertising setup, even though it belongs to a different field. In such cases, our company reserves the right to decline the request if the service does not match the original field or scope of work.

If the replacement is approved, the client must choose a technical assignment as close as possible in scope and topic to the original.

If the client replaces the original technical assignment with one of a similar topic and scope, our company is obliged to fulfill it. This ensures the protection of client rights.

If work has already started, and the client wants to cancel the deal:

  1. If the work has already started and part of the project has been completed, refunds (full or partial) are also not provided.

The priority is to complete the project in accordance with the original technical specifications. If the client insists on canceling the deal, it can be terminated without a refund if all parties agree. In this case, upon the client's request, our company provides:

    • an archive of the project at its current stage of completion (for web services);
    • materials used for the project, if related to advertising.
  2. Replacement of the technical assignment

The client may replace the technical assignment with a new one in accordance with the current rules. However, the volume of the new assignment will be reduced by the portion already completed for the current project. After assessing the completed work, our company will recalculate the remaining budget and propose the completion of services under new conditions.

Priority is given to replacing the technical assignment within the same field as the original order. If the client wishes to replace not only the technical assignment but also the field/topic, the decision to accept or reject remains with our company.

If the new assignment is rejected, the client has the right to replace the paid order with one of a similar field and scope. Such replacement cannot be declined by our company, ensuring the protection of client rights.

Force Majeure Circumstances

Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, fires, pandemics, strikes, military actions, terrorist acts, etc.) grant both the client and our company the right to postpone the fulfillment of obligations for an indefinite period until such circumstances are resolved.

After the resolution of the force majeure situation, deadlines are automatically extended by 14 calendar days to restore resources and communication. The client may postpone payment obligations, and our company may defer the completion of work under the current technical assignment. These terms protect the rights of both parties.

By entering into an agreement with our company, you confirm that you have read and fully accept the terms outlined on the pages “Terms of Cooperation” and “Refund and Service Replacement Policy” without any exceptions.
